Train Goats - Should be done in conjunction with a task either on the same day/time or a different day/time

Send Scott an email or text if you would like to do this before or after one of your volunteer sign ups

Train Alpacas - Should be done in conjunction with a task either on the same day/time or a different day/time

  • We would assign you 1 alpaca at a time to work on each visit until you feel you are ready to switch.
  • They need to learn: Putting a halter on, walking on a lead, being comfortable with their legs and ears being touched.
  • If they get really good, they could even graduate to working on obstacle courses!
  • Recommended for 30-60 minutes per sign up

Send Scott an email or text if you would like to do this before or after one of your volunteer sign ups

As time goes on, our volunteer program will evolve and we will add more tasks to choose from.  If you have any ideas, please let us know.  We want to create the best experience for the animals and the volunteers!
